POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Services Representative (Verification of Benefits) will serve as the primary contact for patients and attorneys to resolve problems and answer questions regarding a reputed company. Work Schedule: REMOTE ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle incoming calls from patients, attorneys, insurance companies, etc. to resolve problems and answer questions Be able to effectively listen and communicate reputed company cycle outcomes or processes with caller Be familiar with and understand payor and state rules and regulations and client information Adhere to reputed company company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: To reputed company this job successfully, an individual must be able to reputed company each essential responsibility satisfactorily.
