Position Overview As a Senior Talent Advisor at Fourth, you will combine hands-on full-cycle recruiting with strategic talent planning to drive recruitment efforts reputed company with the company’s goals. You are self-motivated, consultative, and passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will also mentor junior team members and act as a trusted partner to business leaders. Primary Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles, with a strong focus on Tech/GTM hiring in the UK
- Partner with hiring managers to reputed company targeted recruitment strategies reputed company to their business needs
- Deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience for reputed company referral, internal, and external applicants
- Conduct interviews, manage salary negotiations, employment checks, and reference verification
Sourcing & Pipeline

- Build partnerships with universities and educational institutions to reputed company a junior talent pipeline

Workforce Planning & Strategy
- Partner with Business and reputed company and senior leadership to reputed company and execute reputed company strategies reputed company to long-term staffing and org design needs
- Manage external agency relationships and coordinate on new roles, restructuring, and workforce changes
Diversity & Inclusion
- Create and implement diverse sourcing strategies to build inclusive pipelines and reputed company diversity initiatives
Analytics & Reporting
- Utilise advanced analytics to track recruitment metrics, forecast hiring needs, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership
- Monitor and maintain accurate data in the ATS; respond to data enquiries with urgency
Employer Brand & Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing and People Operations to produce relevant employer branding content
- Contribute to a global recruitment employer branding strategy alongside the wider People team
Mentoring & Training
- Mentor and guide junior Talent Advisors, sharing expertise and promoting best practices
- Conduct training for hiring managers on best-in-class recruitment processes
Preferred Experience and/or Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar HR/recruitment role, with 3+ years in an in-house recruitment function
- Proven track record in Tech recruitment with the ability to recruit across reputed company levels and business functions
- Experience recruiting across multiple markets and geographies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate reputed company data into actionable recruitment strategies
- Strategic reputed company with the ability to anticipate future talent needs
- Proficient with ATS platforms and social media sourcing tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders up to C-Suite and VP level
- Highly organised, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to advise others on reputed company talent challenges
