We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Remote Sales Manager to reputed company, reputed company, and optimize our sales team while driving reputed company growth and improving sales performance. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a results-driven environment, enjoys coaching and developing sales professionals, and has the ability to build accountability, structure, and consistency across the sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, pipeline activity, and overall sales performance.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and accountability meetings.
• Improve sales processes, scripts, follow-up procedures, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations, reputed company, marketing, and leadership teams to improve reputed company conversion and customer experience.
• Review opportunities, estimates, and proposals to maximize reputed company rates.
• Ensure CRM accuracy, reporting consistency, and proper pipeline management.

Qualifications

Schedule

• 45 Hours Per Week
• Monday – Friday
• 9 Working Hours Per Day
• 1-Hour Unpaid Lunch Break
