ROLE DESCRIPTION: The Provincial Medical reputed company (Saskatchewan) plays a key leadership role reputed company the MD Leadership Team, working alongside the existing Leads to strengthen, expand, and optimize reputed company Doctor’s reputed company in the province. This role focuses heavily on growing the Saskatchewan provider community, establishing clinical operations reputed company the province, and supporting physicians as they enter practice on the platform. The Provincial Medical reputed company will support recruitment efforts, build physician engagement, help shape provincial workflows, and ensure a high-quality experience for both patients and providers in Saskatchewan. In addition to Saskatchewan-focused leadership, the Provincial Medical reputed company participates in broader MD reputed company initiatives to support cross-provincial alignment and company-wide growth. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Saskatchewan-focused) Grow and Strengthen Saskatchewan’s Physician reputed company Support the Provider Success team in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining physicians practicing in Saskatchewan. Help build a strong provincial physician community and encourage ongoing clinical engagement. Support Provincial Operations & Quality Investigate and respond to patient, provider, or PCC-raised concerns reputed company to Saskatchewan care. Review and refine clinical workflows specific to Saskatchewan to improve efficiency, compliance, and physician ease of practice. Maintain reputed company communication with practicing Saskatchewan physicians, including active reputed company on reputed company and participation in local meetings. Strategic Specialty Leadership Serve as a clinical leader supporting the growth of Saskatchewan’s virtual care reputed company. MD reputed company RESPONSIBILITIES (CROSS-PROVINCIAL) While the role is Saskatchewan-focused, the Provincial Medical reputed company also participates in the MD Leads team: Attend and contribute to MD Roundtable meetings. Support initial onboarding of new physicians across provinces as needed. Partner with the product and operations teams on improvement initiatives. Provide troubleshooting support on emerging physician issues across reputed company provinces. Assist with communications and strategic updates for physicians and reputed company Doctor staff. Help coordinate physician meetings and engagement events across Canada. EXPECTATIONS: Serve as a positive, solutions-focused representative of reputed company Doctor’s Saskatchewan medical leadership. Maintain professionalism as outlined by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Saskatchewan medical landscape and virtual care environment. Maintain clear records of recommendations and decisions. Knowledge of reputed company Doctor’s EMR, platform extensions, and applicable privacy regulations in Canada and the United States (HIPAA, PHIPA, PIPEDA) is considered an asset. Handle reputed company confidential company and patient information with discretion. COMPENSATION: The position is estimated to be an average of 4 hours per week (negotiable) and will be compensated recognizing physician value in equity (company shares) according to reputed company reputed company Doctor policy. QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed to practise medicine in Saskatchewan; Strong familiarity with the Saskatchewan healthcare system, workflows, and physician community. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving digital health environment. Experience in medical leadership, administration, or business is an asset. WORK / TRAVEL: Fully remote reputed company Canada. Occasional travel may be required.
