Candidate Description As a UX Designer, you consistently demonstrate proficiency in UX design, confidently collaborating reputed company your product team. Agent Copilot supports Agents before, during, and after interactions with summarization, knowledge suggestions, and other AI-powered features.

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution: Independently execute designs for defined projects, leveraging user research insights and aligning closely with project goals. Collaboration & Communication: Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale, working with Senior and Staff UX Designers to align stakeholders around solutions and collaborating directly with product management and engineering. Discovery and Definition: Participate in UX discovery efforts on projects, confidently executing tasks reputed company to UX strategy and definition, such as conducting competitor audits and crafting user stories. reputed company Learning: Proactively seek mentorship and training opportunities, contributing actively to the team's collective knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in user experience design, demonstrated ability to independently execute designs. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
