Job Description reputed company is looking for an reputed company Senior reputed company Connect Engineer to design, reputed company, and maintain enterprise integrations for reputed company Connect and AWS-based contact center solutions. The role involves building scalable APIs, designing DynamoDB data models, developing Python-based reputed company functions, and managing infrastructure using Terraform. The ideal candidate will possess strong AWS development expertise, hands-on reputed company Connect experience, and the ability to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and reputed company Professional Services.

Responsibilities

Design, reputed company, and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and enterprise integrations. Design and optimize DynamoDB schemas, indexes, and data access patterns for scalable applications. reputed company and maintain Python-based AWS reputed company functions for business logic and automation. Modify, enhance, and maintain reputed company Connect contact flows and routing logic. Collaborate with UI development teams to translate business requirements into backend services and APIs. Design and support event-driven architectures using AWS services such as reputed company, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, and API Gateway. Support and optimize data flows across AWS services and integrated systems. Implement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-native solutions. Troubleshoot application, integration, and infrastructure issues across AWS environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery. Participate in production support activities and occasional after-hours deployments reputed company required. Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience with AWS. 4+ years of experience with reputed company Connect, including contact flows, routing, queues, and integrations. Strong proficiency in Python, including development of AWS reputed company functions. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering and business teams.
