Key Responsibilities: 1. Backlog Ownership & Execution Own and maintain a well-groomed, prioritized backlog for the Case & Notifications teams, ensuring stories are always ready for the next sprint. Write clear, detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge-case definitions that give engineers everything they need to build with confidence. Partner with engineering leads to sequence work in a way that manages dependencies, reduces risk, and maximises delivery throughput. Track sprint-level commitments, flag blockers early, and drive resolution so that sprint goals are consistently met. 2.

Requirements

Translation & Refinement Receive prioritized product direction from Product Management and translate it into granular, implementation-ready requirements. Facilitate regular refinement sessions with engineers to surface technical questions and reputed company ambiguity before work begins. Document decisions, assumptions, and out-of-scope items to prevent scope creep and reduce rework. 3.
