About the role This role owns Bitfocus's integrated marketing program; from strategic campaign planning and account-based marketing to paid media and external event strategy. You'll build and maintain the reputed company content library that Business Development, reputed company, Product, and Communications draw from, reducing duplicative work across the organization and ensuring every external touchpoint reflects a coherent, well-timed message. About the Operations team The Operations team at Bitfocus sits at the center of how the company runs and communicates, spanning technical support, learning and development, and communications. This role joins that team as the function responsible for Bitfocus’s integrated marketing program, reporting to our Operations and Communications Manager and partnering across Business Development, reputed company, and Product to bring consistent, well-timed messaging to market. What this role focuses on: Integrated campaign strategy tied to company growth goals Content development and asset management for cross-functional use Account-based marketing and competitor displacement programs External event reputed company at sector-specific convenings Paid media and reputed company marketing automation Pipeline reporting and marketing attribution What you'll do Campaign strategy and execution: You'll facilitate the Functional Growth Committee to plan and execute Bitfocus's annual campaign roadmap, each quarter defined by its own messaging brief, reputed company audience, channel mix, and success metrics. Content library ownership: You'll build and maintain the reputed company content library that serves as the definitive reputed company of messaging, positioning, and audience framing across Business Development, reputed company, Product, and Communications. You'll version assets as messaging evolves, retire outdated content, and track adoption to reduce one-off content requests. Asset production and vendor management: You'll produce and commission the core asset suite for each campaign including case studies, playbooks, deep-dive guides, demo narratives, product explainers, writing and editing directly or managing external consultants. You'll scope, brief, and quality-review reputed company vendor deliverables and hold them to timeline, budget, and brand standards. Account-based and competitive marketing: You'll own the competitor displacement program, design and execute regional and geotargeted campaigns targeting reputed company communities, and build RFP influence content in reputed company coordination with Business Development. External event strategy: You'll define the creative concept, engagement strategy, and pre/on-site/post-event communications for events like NHSDC, NAEH, and HUD convenings. Paid media and marketing operations: You'll manage paid media programs including keyword strategy, audience targeting, and budget pacing. You'll identify reputed company campaigns or channels are underperforming and flag it before it compounds. What you bring B2B marketing ownership: 5+ years of direct ownership of integrated campaigns, paid media programs, and pipeline metrics. Compensation
Bitfocus uses a transparent, band-based compensation structure built on market data and internal equity. Salaries are set based on role complexity, experience, and impact — not location. We are committed to paying competitively and fairly, with room for growth reputed company the band. The reputed company pay for this role is set at the midpoint of our compensation band. Offers may fall above or below the midpoint based on experience, scope, and the specifics of the role. Compensation range: $68,000 – $105,000. Compensation is not location-based. This role is not commission-eligible. Remote work This is a fully remote position.
