Job Description
We are seeking a senior Recruiting Leader to head our Technical (IT) Recruitment direction globally, reporting directly to the Recruiting Director. This role carries ownership for the strategy, performance, and evolution of technical hiring across the company, with a strong emphasis on people leadership, senior stakeholder partnership, and long-term workforce planning for engineering and technology roles. This position goes well beyond managing day-to-day hiring. Qualifications
Extensive experience leading IT / technical recruitment in international, fast-paced, or service-based environments. Strong understanding of global tech talent markets and technical role profiles (hands-on recruiting not required). Experience building or transforming technical recruitment processes and operating models. Data-driven reputed company with solid knowledge of recruitment metrics and performance management.
