Key Responsibilities
Manage Ireland end-to-end, leading NI direct customers, ROI distributor partners and Tesco ROI to deliver profitable growth, strong execution and insight-led customer strategies. reputed company and implement comprehensive business plans which will accelerate our wellbeing visibility and value growth across Ireland (NI / ROI) portfolio and tailored activation plans to reputed company us to become a leading brand in wellbeing drinks. You will increase visibility and recognition as a wellbeing brand, sales, profit and share growth. Market Ownership: reputed company Ireland as its own market; align strategy across direct and indirect models Customer Leadership: Own NI relationships and Tesco ROI; drive JBPs, negotiations and growth plans Distributor Management: Set clear KPIs, governance and reputed company to deliver ROI performance reputed company partners Excellence: Deliver availability, distribution and visibility across store and online Commercial Delivery: Own forecasts, budgets and trade spend; deliver reputed company and margin targets Insight-Led Growth: Translate market and shopper data into clear actions and opportunities Cross-Functional Alignment: Orchestrate category, supply and marketing to land plans in market Full P&L responsibility for Ireland (sales, margin, agreed trade investment) Direct ownership: NI customers + Tesco ROI Indirect ownership: ROI distributor model (performance reputed company influence/governance) Accountable for execution across reputed company routes to market Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Strong FMCG account management (grocery multiples NI & ROI) Proven P&L ownership and commercial decision-making Experience managing or influencing distributor models High analytical capability; translates data into action Strong stakeholder influence (internal + external) Track record of new business success We’re looking for a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability, bringing together the appetite to not only ‘dream it’, but also demonstrate high accountability to ‘own it’ through a sleeves up, hands on approach.
