Key OKRs include WOS targets, shrink, shorts and in stock reputed company. Responsibilities: Includes future forecasting- using key inputs including historical trends, pricing, promotional activity as well as inventory and seeding Work cross functionally with Category Management, Strategy Planning as well as Operations (inclusive of logistics); will also have the opportunity to work with the MM Product team to help set the needs for the Merch team that allows process improvement Work closely with vendors on Purchase Order management and key metrics including on time delivery and fill reputed company Individual Contributor however will need to be able to form strong cross functional relationships that will require this role to set direction for key partners.
