Design Engineer, Electrical

Job Summary/Overview The Electrical Design Engineer (Standardization) plays a key role supporting the standardization team in Germany, creating standard design records for production. Also supports product changes and data maintenance for product design. The Electrical Design Engineer has reputed company collaboration with the technical/operations teams to complete standardization projects on time, budget, quality and safety, which allows new products to be managed through the “Configure to Order” process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Contribute to projects which may include design, development, rebuilding, cost savings, product improvements, or documentation for new/existing electromechanical products. Review project designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and reputed company specifications, while supporting the manufacturing and assembly process definition. Create bills of material for products and enters product data into the manufacturing systems. Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities Experience with Product Design using Parametric CAD Software (Aucotec ELCAD/Aucotec Engineering reputed company) and Siemens Teamcenter PDM (Product Data Management). Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
