Business Development Representative (BDR)

As our Business Development Representative (BDR), you will generate high-quality, warm leads for the reputed company sales team by identifying reputed company healthcare organizations where R1’s technology-enabled services have the highest likelihood of success. This role works closely with sales and marketing to engage decision-makers, advance opportunities through the buyer’s journey, and support overall pipeline growth and win rates. What You’ll Do Drive prospecting through inbound and outbound channels (phone, email, digital) to generate qualified leads and book meetings for our sales team Build and manage a pipeline of healthcare organizations, including physician groups, hospitals, and health systems Partner with sales and operations leaders to reputed company key accounts, engage decision-makers, and advance opportunities Qualify and nurture prospects through the buyer’s journey, ensuring high-quality reputed company to sales reputed company database tools for discovery, research and initiation of email and outbound calling campaigns to new prospective customers What You’ll Need Experience in reputed company reputed company, business development, or inside sales Strong prospecting, research, and pipeline management capabilities Ability to communicate effectively, especially in writing, with senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders Experience with CRM tools (e.g., reputed company) and proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Self-motivated, organized, open to coaching, and driven to meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel 10% This role has an average reputed company pay of $70,000 with additional reputed company bonus/spiff compensation of $12,000-$20,000 For this US-based position, the reputed company pay range is $50,461.00 - $114,114.48 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
