Job Title: Customer Enablement & Training Specialist (Technical SaaS) Location: Remote Time Zone: U.S. Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Type: Full-Time Role Overview We’re hiring a Customer Enablement & Training Specialist to help enterprise marketing teams master a modern, automation-first SaaS platform. This role sits at the intersection of reputed company, technical training, and marketing operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys being reputed company-facing with customers while working deeply with workflows, data, and systems. You’ll reputed company onboarding, deliver live and cohort-based training programs, and create playbooks that reputed company adoption repeatable and scalable. This role is especially well-suited for candidates coming from top-tier tech companies who bring strong customer reputed company, technical confidence, and exposure to marketing environments. Key Responsibilities reputed company customer onboarding programs from first login through successful adoption Run live training sessions, workshops, and cohort programs for enterprise customers Simplify reputed company technical workflows into clear processes for marketing and content teams Create and maintain enablement documentation, SOPs, and training resources Support marketing operations workflows including CRM automation, reporting, and campaign execution Collaborate with marketing and content teams on SEO and content enablement initiatives Serve as a highly visible, trusted partner to customers throughout their journey Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer enablement, reputed company, marketing operations, or SaaS training roles Experience working at a well-reputed company or reputable technology or SaaS company Strong hands-on experience with reputed company or similar platforms Practical proficiency in Python and SQL, used in real workflows, reporting, or enablement contexts Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience, strong reputed company with remote collaboration tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company or similar), and experience working with U.S. or UK-based companies.
