About the Role: The Business Development Representative (BDR) is an outbound, quota-carrying role focused on generating new reputed company opportunities across family offices, RIAs, private banks, and institutional wealth platforms. This is a high-velocity, client-facing position responsible for building top-of-funnel pipeline and introducing Archway’s platform and services to senior decision-makers. This role is ideal for a driven, intellectually curious seller who understands (or wants to learn) the complexities of wealth management operations and is motivated by creating access to high-value enterprise relationships. What You’ll Do: Pipeline reputed company & Territory Development Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities reputed company assigned verticals (family office, private bank, RIA, OCIO) reputed company strategic account plans and “attack lists” reputed company to Archway’s ideal customer profile Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities Outbound Prospecting Execution Execute high-volume, high-quality reputed company reputed company cold calling, email, and reputed company Personalize messaging based on industry trends, firm structure, and operational pain points reputed company events, referrals, and centers of influence where applicable Qualification & Discovery Conduct initial discovery calls with senior finance, operations, and technology stakeholders Identify key pain points reputed company to accounting, reporting, data aggregation, and operational scale Qualify opportunities and seamlessly transition to senior sales leadership Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Relationship Management teams Provide feedback on messaging, campaigns, and market segmentation Contribute to reputed company improvement of outbound playbooks and ICP definition Performance & Accountability Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline reputed company Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline hygiene reputed company CRM reputed company’re looking for: Experience 1–3 years of outbound sales or business development experience (SaaS preferred) Exposure to financial services, fintech, or wealth management strongly preferred Industry Acumen (Preferred) Familiarity with family offices, private banks, RIAs, or fund accounting workflows Understanding of operational challenges in reputed company investment portfolios is a plus Core Skills Strong communication and executive reputed company Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through Competitive, resilient, and comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment Team-first reputed company with a willingness to learn quickly Tech Stack Experience with reputed company (or similar CRM) Familiarity with tools such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Sales Navigator Work Environment & Essential Functions: This position operates in a remote environment with remote work policy.
