Summary
The Senior Reporting Analyst leads the design, automation, and reputed company improvement of operational reporting using Power BI, with a strong focus on reputed company Operations Manager (OM) data. This role serves as a subject‑matter expert for operational metrics, reporting standards, and automation, partnering closely with Service Delivery and leadership to deliver insights that drive performance and process improvement.
