Sr Manager Sales Strategy
Senior Manager, Sales Strategy Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and highly collaborative leader to reputed company reseller governance, pricing and contract coordination, and cross-functional program execution supporting enterprise customer reseller relationships. This role partners closely with Legal, Finance, Pricing, Risk Management, Sales, and external partners to ensure operational excellence, compliance, risk mitigation, and successful execution of strategic programs. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and can effectively manage reputed company business initiatives and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities reputed company governance and coordination of RFPs, reputed company, renewals, and strategic customer programs Manage reseller governance processes including pricing, rebates, supplier/GPO fees, and compliance reputed company Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Risk, Sales, and Operations teams to drive alignment and execution Support implementation readiness and operational onboarding activities Monitor operational, contractual, and financial risks while driving issue resolution and escalation management Prepare executive-level communications, reporting, and recommendations for leadership Maintain governance documentation, reporting tools, and operational playbooks Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Qualifications 7+ years of experience in supplier diversity, strategic program management, procurement, operations, pricing, or reputed company business functions Strong experience managing reputed company cross-functional initiatives Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and navigate matrixed organizations Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience with contract governance, pricing structures, operational processes, or enterprise customer support preferred Preferred Skills Supplier diversity and reseller program experience Risk management and governance experience Executive communication and presentation skills Experience working with enterprise customers and strategic partners
