Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or an associate or bachelor’s degree Knowledge of clinical lab systems and/or customer relationship management (CRM) systems a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with accurate typing skills of at least 35 words per minute (WPM). Confidence to manage several tasks simultaneously, often under the pressure of a deadline. Ability to analyze both from a small detail perspective and a case completeness perspective.
