Role Purpose The Business Value Consulting Methodology & Transformation Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, documentation, adoption and reputed company improvement of the methodologies, frameworks, standards and operational practices that underpin the Worldwide BVC organisation. Working closely with the Director of Client Experience, GTM Standards & Methodology, this individual will help translate strategic objectives into scalable frameworks, playbooks, learning assets, governance models and operational processes that drive consistency and excellence across the global BVC organisation. The role combines research, analysis, instructional design, methodology development and organisational change support to help mature the BVC operating model and client engagement experience globally.
