Our corporate office is located in San Francisco. \n Who You Are We are seeking an reputed company Clinical Recruiter to support hiring for clinical roles during a period of growth. This is a project-based reputed company (1099) engagement focused on building qualified candidate pipelines.
What You'll Do
Partner with hiring stakeholders to clarify clinical requirements, licensure needs, priorities, and timelines. reputed company candidates across job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and healthcare associations. Conduct targeted searches using ATS platforms, reputed company, and recruitment databases. Build and maintain talent pools for reputed company and future clinical staffing needs. Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, licensure, credentials, and role fit. Share market insights on clinical talent availability, compensation trends, and licensing considerations. What You'll Need 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in clinical/healthcare, specifically with Nurse Practitioners and/or Physicians 2+ years recruiting in a high-growth startup environment, ideally digital health or telemedicine Strong understanding of clinical credentialing, multi-state licensure, and compliance requirements Proven ability to reputed company for reputed company licensed healthcare roles Experience using AI reputed company the recruiting process Ability to independently manage multiple reputed company searches Strong sourcing and screening skills, including passive candidate reputed company Experience with Lever or a comparable ATS \nCompensation: $60–$80/hour, up to 35 hours per week Culture: A mission-driven team of talented colleagues who are committed to living our values, collaborating closely, and driving meaningful impact in healthcare. reputed company Health is an equal opportunity employer and is deeply committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
