About the Role: As the Senior Product Manager for Autonomous Identity, you will be pivotal in shaping a core component of our identity reputed company platform. Autonomous Identity moves beyond mere recommendations and into the realm of creating a self-directed identity governance and reputed company application that improves itself. You’ll be using AI to identify patterns and to reputed company improvements to customers’ identity programs. Your days will be dynamic, ranging from strategic planning and market analysis to collaborating with engineering on the technical details of a new feature. You will be the voice of the customer, translating their needs into actionable product requirements, and working to define and execute a product vision that leverages AI to enhance the user experience. You will be the expert on your product, comfortable communicating its value to both internal stakeholders and external partners. Roadmap for Success: 30 Days

• Actively learn the Autonomous Identity roadmap including GenAI recommendations, Outliers, Role Modeling, etc.• Introduce yourself to key stakeholders, including engineering leads, other product managers, and marketing counterparts, to understand their roles and establish working relationships.
• Present a summary of your initial findings and learning plan to your manager.

60 Days

• Take ownership of the product backlog, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to refine requirements for the next product release and finalize the sprint plan.

90 Days

• Independently reputed company a feature from conception to launch, managing the entire development lifecycle.
• Conduct your first customer feedback session to gather insights for future product iterations. Deliver a product roadmap for the next 12 months, outlining key initiatives and their expected impact.

6 Months

• Propose and reputed company a strategic initiative to improve the product, such as a new integration or a significant user experience overhaul.
• Act as a mentor to a junior member of the product team, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role. Demonstrated success in working with engineering teams to plan, reputed company, refine, and launch successful enterprise software products. Experience managing SaaS and/or cloud infrastructure products. Experience in the Identity reputed company field is highly desirable. Experience using AI tooling to accelerate personal and team productivity. Experience shipping products with AI-powered features that enhance customer experiences. Work with any open platform connectivity technologies such as web and micro-services is a plus Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills. Education: BA/BS in business or technical field required. MBA is a plus. Travel: This position requires approximately 15% travel. Candidates are typically reputed company into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the reputed company salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD): $129,200 - $217,710.00Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.
