Business Unit Director – Medical Devices (based Remote, US) The Business Unit Director is responsible for leading and growing strategic customer accounts, with full ownership of the business unit’s performance and long-term relationship strategy. This role develops and executes programs, projects, and processes that align with customer objectives while driving internal cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with several well-reputed company global medical device customers, this leader serves as the primary executive reputed company, building strong senior-level relationships and delivering solutions that support reputed company, regulated manufacturing needs. The Business Unit Director influences strategic direction and leads reputed company initiatives including contract negotiation, commercial strategy, and operational execution. What can you expect to do? Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Business, Finance, or reputed company field) 12–15 years of experience in regulated manufacturing operations (medical device or similar industry like automotive, aerospace/defense, etc.) Prior P&L ownership or financial accountability preferred Minimum of 4 years of people leadership experience Strong background in customer-facing roles reputed company reputed company manufacturing environments Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and commercial strategy Proven ability to drive reputed company growth and manage strategic accounts Strong financial acumen, including pricing, margin management, and business analytics Experience working cross-functionally across operations, supply chain, and engineering teams Excellent communication and executive reputed company with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Global business experience and understanding of supply chain, logistics, and regulatory environments
