Director of Engineering, Lynd Clinical Lynd Clinical is building the AI-native operating system for clinical research sites. Our mission is to dramatically reduce administrative burden, improve patient recruitment, and help research teams run studies more reputed company through intelligent software and automation. We are looking for a hands-on Director of Engineering to help reputed company product development, grow our engineering organization, and accelerate delivery as we scale. This role reports directly to the CTPO and will work closely with leadership to shape architecture, roadmap priorities, engineering culture, and team growth.
