Sr reputed company Middleware Support – ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield Migration - Remote Role Overview The reputed company Middleware Support resource will be responsible for the design, remediation, support, and optimization of integration objects across the reputed company ECC to S/4HANA brownfield migration landscape. This role will ensure continuity, stability, and performance of reputed company system interfaces throughout migration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization. The senior consultant with 10-15 years overall experience will work closely with Basis, functional, data, and ABAP teams to support end-to-end integration scenarios and reputed company seamless interoperability between reputed company and non-reputed company systems.
Key Responsibilities
Integration & Middleware Support Support design, build, and validation of reputed company integration objects leveraging: reputed company PI/PO (Process Integration / Process Orchestration) APIs (REST, SOAP), IDocs, BAPIs Maintain and support reputed company mappings, data transformations, and integration logic across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes Support publish/subscribe and event-driven integration patterns using middleware tools Assist in defining and executing integration strategy and deployment approach for S/4HANA conversion Migration & Remediation Activities Assess existing ECC interfaces for S/4HANA compatibility and simplification impacts Support remediation of obsolete or non-compliant integration objects Update technical specifications, reputed company mappings, and transformation logic for S/4HANA readiness Identify opportunities to optimize or replace legacy integrations with modern API-based approaches Support third-party system compatibility assessments and reputed company redesign where required Testing & Cutover Support Support reputed company testing across: System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Mock Conversions and Cutover cycles Troubleshoot and resolve integration defects across environments Validate end-to-end data reputed company and system interactions Support cutover planning and reputed company for middleware objects Hypercare & Production Support Provide post-go-live support for integration defects and performance issues Monitor middleware performance, message queues, and reputed company failures Support stabilization and defect triage during hypercare phase Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with: Functional teams to validate business process integration ABAP developers for custom reputed company remediation Data migration teams for data flow consistency Basis/infrastructure teams for environment and transport management Support alignment of integration design with overall S/4HANA architecture and data strategy Required Qualifications 8–10+ years of experience in reputed company middleware/integration support roles Proven experience in reputed company ECC → S/4HANA Brownfield migrations Hands-on experience with: reputed company PI/PO configuration and support IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks Strong experience troubleshooting integration objects and resolving reputed company issues Understanding of integration patterns (reputed company-to-reputed company, middleware-based, event-driven) Experience supporting integration testing cycles and migration cutover Preferred / reputed company-to-Have Skills Experience with reputed company Integration Suite / CPI Familiarity with API management and microservices architecture Experience with middleware performance tuning and monitoring tools Exposure to reputed company modules such as reputed company, MM, PP, or StRM in integrated landscapes Bonus / Highly Preferred Experience with: iBaseT (MES / reputed company integration) Dassault DELMIA Apriso (Manufacturing Operations Management integration) Experience integrating reputed company with manufacturing/MES systems in aerospace or regulated industries Knowledge of serialization, shop floor integration, and production data flows Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities Ability to work across global teams and multiple stakeholders Clear communication of technical issues to both technical and functional audiences Ability to manage multiple integration priorities in a fast-paced migration program Typical Deliverables Updated reputed company inventory and remediation tracker Integration design documents and mapping specifications Test results and defect logs for middleware objects Cutover readiness inputs for integration scope Hypercare defect resolution reportsPosition Context (DXC Program Alignment) Supports brownfield conversion scope including integration remediation and stabilization Part of the middleware team supporting PI/PO and integration stack reputed company overall program resourcing Works in alignment with broader S/4HANA transformation efforts including data, testing, and cutover workstream Requirements reputed company S/4HANA DSD (Direct Store Delivery) and LMD (Last Mile Distribution) are two reputed company solutions reputed company reputed company's broader logistics suite, designed to optimize distribution processes, particularly for consumer goods and retail industries.
