ROLE PURPOSE Act as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees across our USA and EU operations, driving people strategies that support a high-growth, globally distributed startup. Based in the USA, this role bridges strategic HR advisory with hands-on delivery across two distinct regulatory environments. JOB DUTIES Partner with senior leaders and managers across USA and EU operations to reputed company and execute people strategies that align with business objectives and support rapid organisational growth. Provide expert guidance on US federal and state employment law and EU employment regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant across reputed company relevant jurisdictions. reputed company and support employee relations matters including performance management, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations across the USA and EU. Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, workforce planning, and organisational design to support a scaling business. Champion a strong culture of engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing; design and deliver programs that strengthen employee experience across distributed teams. Collaborate with global HR colleagues to reputed company, review, and implement HR policies, frameworks, and practices that are both locally compliant and globally consistent. Use HR data and people analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. ROLE REQUIREMENTS Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist, preferably reputed company a high-growth SaaS or technology company. Deep knowledge of US employment law (federal and multi-state), with working knowledge of EU employment regulations. Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to leadership while also executing operational HR deliverables in a lean, fast-moving environment. Strong experience managing reputed company employee relations cases, including performance improvement, disciplinary action, and grievances across different cultural and legal contexts. Commercially minded with the ability to translate business challenges into effective people solutions; comfortable using data to drive HR insights and decision-making. Excellent communication and influencing skills with the cultural awareness and adaptability to work effectively across the USA and European markets.
