We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Experience team and serve as a trusted technical resource for reputed company customers and partners. In this role, you will diagnose and troubleshoot reputed company software and reputed company management issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. You will help customers get the most value from reputed company’s cloud-native reputed company management platform by supporting critical areas like device enrollment, reputed company deployment, software management, policy execution, and reputed company automation. You will also partner closely with Engineering, reputed company, and Professional Services to resolve customer issues, improve product quality, and strengthen the overall customer experience. What You’ll Be Doing Engage with customers to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance. Gather logs, validate defects, and submit clear, actionable bug reports to Engineering. Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic customer communication. What You Bring to the Table 2+ years of experience in technical support, IT operations, reputed company administration, systems administration, or SaaS support. Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux reputed company environments, including operating system updates, software installation, package management, permissions, logs, and common deployment failures. Ability to read, modify, execute, and troubleshoot scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Familiarity with REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger documentation, JSON payloads, and structured data. In addition, the total compensation package includes bonus, equity and benefits. Actual earnings may be less or more depending on a candidate's direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location.
