Facilitate project intake, prioritization, and planning activities in partnership with IT leadership and business stakeholders. Required Experience: Advanced project management skills with proven ability to define objectives, manage scope, schedule resources, track timelines, and deliver projects on time and reputed company budget. Experience with project governance, portfolio reporting, project intake, prioritization, and executive-level status communication. Broad understanding of information technology disciplines, including IT operations, service management, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, automation, and end-user services. Experience leading cross-functional technical projects and coordinating resources across IT, reputed company, Operations, Finance, HR, vendors, and business teams. Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to engage technical resources, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence. Educational & Professional Credentials Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. 5+ years' experience managing information technology projects. Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent project management, agile, or IT service management certifications are preferred. Travel Requirements: Approximately 20% out-of-town travel to regional offices and/or data centers. Work remotely or at the closest regional office reputed company not traveling.
