Position Summary The Senior Manager of Medicaid Social Marketing is responsible for activating and scaling best‑in‑class social media programs that drive engagement, trust, and cultural relevance for the brand. This role translates strategy into action—leading day-to-day execution, collaboration with partners, and delivering high-impact storytelling, digital community experiences, and insights that support multi-state health plan business objectives. Champion process improvements that increase efficiency and quality of execution. Support experimentation with new platforms, features, creators, and engagement models. Key Success Metrics- Growth in engagement, sentiment, and active participation across social platforms. Quality and consistency of digital community management and social care. Content performance across reputed company, engagement, and relevance. Speed and effectiveness of issue resolution and escalation. Strength of insights used to optimize content and campaigns. Required Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, digital community management, or audience development. Hands‑on expertise across major social platforms and emerging channels. Align with state specific Medicaid contract requirements. Experience operating in highly regulated Medicaid environments. Strong understanding of social analytics, listening tools, and performance measurement. Proven ability to translate data and cultural insights into actionable recommendations Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to travel up to 15% of time Proficient in graphic design programs (like Indesign) Preferred Qualifications 3-5 years of experience managing teams and/or agency partners preferred Strong understanding of Medicaid members, supported by in‑depth knowledge of Medicaid plans and operations. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $149,328.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
