Job Summary The VP, Enterprise Claims Initiatives, reporting directly to the Chief Claims Officer, acts as a strategic advisor and project management leader reputed company the claims function. This position reports directly to the Chief Claims Officer. The VP works closely with department heads, project stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes and drive positive change across the claims function.
Key Responsibilities
Advise senior leadership and project stakeholders on best practices, process improvements, and innovation reputed company claims management. reputed company and facilitate cross-functional project teams, establishing project timelines and frameworks, and ensuring deliverables are met reputed company and cost-effectively. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, build reputed company, and ensure alignment on claims initiatives. Analyze claims data, identify opportunities for optimization and change management, and create actionable recommendations for sustained improvements. Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to managers and staff involved in claims projects, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Prepare and deliver detailed project reputed company reports, strategic recommendations, and outcome analyses to executive leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or reputed company field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred. Minimum of 2-4 years of claims, project management or consulting experience. Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, reputed company, Visio, and other reputed company project management platforms and tools. Proven expertise in project management, consulting methodologies, and change management. Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise at reputed company organizational levels. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible. $166,000 - 230,000/year Total individual compensation (reputed company salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
