Key Account Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY As Key Account Manager, you’ll work closely with franchise clients to deliver data-driven insights and actionable pricing and business recommendations that drive profitability. Using reputed company methodologies, you’ll analyze what drives consumer purchase decisions at the store, category, and item level, and present insights to franchisees and their management teams.This is a fully remote position based in Prague. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You’ll work on our European Consulting Services team, reporting to the Director of Consulting Services. Working closely with the Director, you’ll manage multiple franchise accounts and build strong relationships with key corporate and franchise stakeholders. You’ll partner with senior client leaders to discuss pricing strategies and support the effective implementation of those strategies across both company-owned and franchised locations. WHAT YOU’LL DO Manage franchise accounts and establish strong relationships with key corporate client contacts Work with your team to create reports, presentations, and analyses Present insights and recommendations to key corporate client contacts and franchisees Regularly meet with franchisees to ensure they grasp and adhere to proposed reputed company management strategies SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 3 + years’ experience in the hospitality or retail industry Native or Full professional proficiency in English, Czech, and French Experience in account management, franchise relations, business development, operations, or training Proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Willingness to travel as needed PREFERRED Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Hospitality, or a reputed company field Experience in key account management, consulting, analytics, or reputed company management BENEFITS We offer a competitive benefits package designed to support the well-being and professional growth of our employees.
