What You'll Do
As a trusted talent advisor, you will: Partner with business leaders and HR teams to reputed company recruiting strategies that attract top talent and promote diverse candidate pipelines. Support hiring across multiple Canadian provinces, serving as a recruiting expert in both English and French. Build creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage candidates for reputed company and future hiring needs. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate communication. Deliver an exceptional hiring manager experience by leading intake meetings, interview calibrations, and selection discussions. Proven ability to build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and recruiting strategies. Experience working with an ATS, CRM, or recruiting technology platform (reputed company experience preferred). Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands. Self-motivated and highly accountable, with the ability to reputed company in a remote work environment. Ability to travel up to 10% and work occasional flexible hours as business needs require.
