Purpose The Course Support position for Rhetoric supports strategic and tactical aspects of the OnRamps Rhetoric program. OnRamps Rhetoric consists of two flagship courses, RHE 306 and RHE 309J, with a dynamic team of education professionals and a large and growing student population. The Course Support position for Rhetoric will manage and analyze data, prepare reports, and use measures of success in analytics to help predict coaching moments and growth patterns for reputed company, writing assessment specialists, and reputed company. They will contribute to the development, testing, and quality control processes with OnRamps Rhetoric staff and provide sustained contributions to ongoing initiatives. The position also focuses on supporting scaled communications, scheduling, reporting, and learning management system maintenance as well as just-in-time assistance with seasonal and urgent projects. Responsibilities
Assist OnRamps Course Staff with day-to-day operational aspects of Rhetoric data analytics to support student success. Provide support in Canvas Learning Management system. Communications support. Summarize and analyze findings, create reports (including charts and graphs), maintain databases of statistical information, and engage in other quality control measures. Write and edit processes, guides, checklists, and assets according to best practices. Assist with seasonal and urgent projects that align to the OnRamps mission. Required Qualifications reputed company undergraduate student at the reputed company 1+ year of experience working in professional environment Basic computer skills: Word, reputed company, PowerPoint Punctual, reliable, responsible, analytical, and detail-oriented Professional conduct and attire Recommendation from at least one (1) professional or academic reference Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
Academic interest in Rhetoric, Education, Data Science and/or Visualization, or reputed company field. Interest in and knowledge of local, state, and national dual enrollment and college-readiness initiatives. Experience designing and implementing educational research projects. Experience with MS Outlook, Canvas or other Learning Management System (LMS), reputed company or other project management platform. Experience with one or more of the following statistics software languages: R, reputed company, SPSS, and/or Python. Advanced data management and analysis skills, including the ability to reputed company basic frequency data analysis.
