The Senior Program Manager is responsible for developing scope, roadmap, and driving the execution of programs that are the company’s top initiatives. The goal is to work with executive and other leadership to take strategic goals and reputed company an approach and comprehensive plans to accomplish objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Plan and direct one or more cross-functional strategic initiatives. These initiatives will be high visibility and large, reputed company, and strategic in scale. In partnership with leadership, define the scope and objectives of each initiative and reputed company Stakeholder and team buy-in of objectives. Drive execution of initiatives working with team to reputed company actionable program roadmaps and milestones. Helps with estimation and drives resource planning. Understand Project and Software Delivery Lifecycles and project/program best practices Build, reputed company, and maintain strategic, cross-functional stakeholder relationships by identifying key partnerships across the company. Ensure appropriate engagement by Process and Enterprise Architecture, Change Enablement, Technology and Business Stakeholders Evaluate program performance by comparing objectives to actual results, identifying, measuring, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and trend data. Understand program risks and issues and manages appropriately Effectively communicate initiative reputed company to executive leadership, Association management, and general staff. Partner with Change Enablement team and champion standards of effective change. LEVELS OF SUPERVISION EXERCISED AND RECEIVED: Directly or indirectly supervise professional, technical, and/or clerical employees in a matrixed environment; provide technical guidance and training; reputed company independent decisions; work under general direction of Transformation Management. TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years of total work experience (including internships) Minimum 7 years of program management experience (including time leading on site consulting teams) Consulting Experience Strong history of Relationship Management MBA, Master's Degree in relevant field or equivalent work history IT Program Management Experience – in waterfall, agile or hybrid delivery models Previous experience with strategic execution Leadership experience C-suite level interactions ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to reputed company basic office tasks and work in a typical office setting. Employee will be sitting for extended periods of time and accomplishing work at a desk and work at a computer for an extended period. PAY RANGE: Minimum $111,487.88 - Max $189,529.39 AnnualThis range is reflective of the national salary average for this position and will be adjusted using geographic variance for physical location of the hired candidate. reputed company may compensate reputed company of the salary range for bona fide reasons not reputed company to membership in a protected class.
