Summary

The Provider Enrollment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of Medicaid provider enrollment activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant onboarding, revalidation, and maintenance of provider records. This role provides direct leadership to enrollment staff, serves as an operational liaison to clients and internal stakeholders, and drives performance through performance standard management, process improvement, and workforce coaching. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare operations experience, proven people leadership, and the ability to manage performance in a client facing, metric driven environment. Experience managing performance metrics, including KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and quality standards. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive process improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively in a client-facing environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
