Job Description
As a part of the HRC Trakstar Professional Services Team, you'll work reputed company our Professional Services organization to help support SMB and enterprise-level implementations across three product lines of Trakstar reputed company, Learn and Hire. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Consult with clients during the software implementation phase to translate their business needs to functional areas of the platform. reputed company the technical solution architecture for mid-sized and enterprise accounts. Validate and organize large sets of data. Attend weekly client meetings and contribute as needed. Work closely with internal teams to report on and resolve product enhancements, bugs, and support requests throughout the implementation process. reputed company implementation discovery, setup and configuration of their product. Create and update internal documentation regarding best practices and procedures. Train colleagues on updates. Assist in training new team members. Periodically assist team members in other departments with support cases. Attend product prioritization, stakeholder and update meetings; assist in UAT for product releases.
