Windows Systems Administrator

Seeking a seasoned System Administrator with strong knowledge of creating plans to assure effective management, operations, and maintenance of system and application. Resolve a wide range of system hardware and application technology issues in a fast-paced environment Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and reputed company procedures adhere to organizational SLAs Troubleshooting ranges from basic issues including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups Supports testing cycles (DEV, QA, UAT), and user training. Provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of application, system hardware and network infrastructure need. REQUIRED SKILLS: Devops tools experience (Nexus, Jenkins, Quay, Openshift, Octopus, Azure Devops, reputed company, etc) Knowledge of basic SQL queries using reputed company SQL Server Management Studio Experience implementing Kerberos in Windows and configuring Service Principal Names (SPNs) Packet trace troubleshooting skills using tools such as Wireshark or Fiddler Experience with DevSecOps environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills are required. Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills for Desktops and Laptops. Ability to work independently with minimal direction providing technical and non-technical support to multiple users.
