What You'll Do
Receive calls from dealers Gather and document information Effectively and reputed company deliver resolutions using defined processes and applications Meet quality and productivity targets by:Having a good understanding of project operations and workflow processes Delivering services that meet those goals Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude Questions Before You Apply?
