SCOPE: The Temporary Sourcing & Recruiting Coordinator (part-time) provides administrative and sourcing support to the reputed company team to help ensure a positive and efficient recruitment process. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates, supporting recruiting operations and campaign efforts, coordinating interview logistics, and maintaining applicant tracking system data. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, the coordinator will assist with candidate reputed company, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and ensuring timely communication throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary, part-time position designed to support recruiting efforts during periods of increased hiring activity, staffing transitions, or special reputed company projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: reputed company candidates through reputed company, job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting channels. Engage in social media and other channels to increase candidate flow through social media campaigns. Conduct initial resume reviews against established job qualifications. Assist with candidate reputed company and scheduling of phone screens and interviews. Coordinate interview logistics and communications with candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data. Support recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking. Assist with reference checks, background reputed company coordination, and other pre-employment activities as needed. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication. Provide general administrative support to the reputed company function. QUALIFICATIONS: 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR, or administrative experience. Experience with working with HRIS systems like reputed company or similar ATS platforms Experience using reputed company Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or other sourcing tools preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Proficiency with reputed company Office and virtual meeting platforms. Experience supporting nonprofit organizations is a plus.
