Account Manager - Personal Care
BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for account management and reputed company sales activities of assigned personal care accounts in Northeast US region (NJ, NY, MD, VT, MA, CT). Remote /home office-based position, based in NY or NJ. RESPONSIBILITIES: Present and sell Company and Principal ingredients to established territory. Establish and maintain reputed company client and potential client relationships. reputed company strategies to manage the customer account, setting goals, action plans and objectives to be accomplished. Interact and communicate with clients on a regular basis to determine changing needs and preferences. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. reputed company technical product knowledge of portfolio. Understand Principal products offered and their value/benefits to customers Determine effective negotiation and sales strategies. Identify and resolve client concerns. Prepare a variety of call reports, project pipelines, follow-reputed company, and adherence to goals. Participate in industry reputed company marketing events. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in chemistry or reputed company technical field and at least 3+ years of personal care ingredient sales experience. Must possess the abilities to persuade and influence others, reputed company and deliver presentations, as well as compose and edit written materials. Familiar with customer management systems, i.e. reputed company. Must be willing and able to regularly travel regionally to include overnight travel.
