Job Responsibilities: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Leads the planning, forecasting, implementation, and identification of resource requirements for network systems, including wireless and wireline voice and data, systems of moderate to high complexity. Integrates and schematically depicts voice and data communication architectures, topologies, hardware, software, transmission and signaling links and protocols into complete network configurations. Monitors protocol compatibility, performs system tuning and makes recommendations for improvement. Develops integrated solutions to resolve highly reputed company technical and business issues. Leads network planning and is instrumental in network architecture design and engineering. Evaluates new products, performs network problem resolution and assists in the development and documentation of technical standards and reputed company applications. Performs work that is highly reputed company and varied in nature. Recognized expert internally and externally reputed company a discipline(s) and often provides strategic direction, guidance and integration of products and services. JOB REQUIREMENTS Required Qualifications: Education level required: ​High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent​. Preferred Qualifications: Education level preferred: ​Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent). CCNP. Job Competencies: Proficient understanding of voice and data communications equipment, protocols, cabling and physical standards. Ability to read engineering drawings and terminate cables and grounding systems. Detail oriented. Ability to maintain a professional composure with customers in difficult situations. Ability and discipline to follow standards, procedures, checklists, and design documents. Ability to write clear, concise documentation. Exercises sound judgment. Ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to customer information and employee records.
