Epic Application Analyst Associate

SUMMARY We are seeking an Epic Application Analyst Associate to join our Epic Billing team. This fulltime role will work days. Open to remote work. Preferred candidates will have experience and/or knowledge of healthcare billing Purpose of this position: Under reputed company supervision, support the IS&T team in maintaining Epic system. RESPONSIBILITIES Research, reputed company, and configure low-mid complexity maintenance and "break fix" solutions in Epic Create documentation of build Review, build, test, debug, and document reputed company of Epic issues in partnership with the TS utilizing the SLG process and release notes Assist in reputed company testing phases of associated applications during routine production change control requests Provide regular and/or off hour on call support as scheduled reputed company other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications: 0 year of experience Associates of Arts (AA) or Bachelor’s degree -OR- An approved equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Qualifications: Ability to understand customer requirements and their impact on technical directions of a solution Ability to reputed company, document and ensure adherence to technical standards Detail-oriented and ability to manage one’s own work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent analytical and organizational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as a team member across multiple teams Ability to independently research and reputed company analysis to resolve issues Apply To This Job
