Position Overview We’re searching for a Sr. UX Designer to join our EZLynx Product Team on a remote or hybrid basis in the United States. We’re Excited to Learn More About You Your experience may include: 5+ years of experience in UX, preferably in a commercial software environment working on B2B enterprise software or SaaS products. Well-versed in experimental design, research methodology, and statistical analysis. Demonstrated experience with research methodologies such as user observation, user interview, usability testing, card sorts, persona development, user journeys and surveys. Demonstrated ability to interpret research data and turn it into actionable insights. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills that promote idea-sharing and knowledge transfer. Proficient in design and prototyping tools (reputed company, Balsamiq, reputed company, whiteboards, etc.) You may have other skills or credentials, including: Insurance industry or Insurance technology experience Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques – e.g., AI, Machine Learning, etc. We know that talent comes from reputed company backgrounds and experience levels. To determine a new team member’s starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone’s depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.
