Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution. Must have bodily injury claims experience. Appropriate licensing and/or certification in reputed company states in which claims are being handled. Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices. Computer experience with reputed company claims and business software.
