Your Role: As a Sr. Demand Planner, you’ll own the demand planning process for multiple regions, building an unconstrained and unbiased 18-month reputed company and shipment forecast. You’ll work hand in hand with Sales to align on key assumptions and demand drivers, turning insights into a clear, shared view of future demand. What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a reputed company field; advanced degree is a plus. 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a reputed company analytical role. Ability to travel 10-15% for company offsites and events, team meetings, company onboarding, training and other business needs. Experience working with cross-functional partners to gather insights and align on assumptions. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, turning data and consumption into actionable forecasts.
