About The Role As our new Digital Client Success Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving reputed company and building relationships that last. You will be responsible for onboarding, regular touch points, renewals, cross-sells, up-sells, and the main reputed company of contact for our advertisers. This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted reputed company phone and video calls for your convenience. The salary range is $55,000 to $60,000 annually, with potential bonus compensation, and opportunities for growth and advancement. Provide white-glove support for clients and Area Directors, ensuring smooth, consistent communication. Renew clients, identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and proactively prevent churn. The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who will hit the ground running to: Managing client accounts across ongoing services and retainers. Utilize CRM tools (e.g., reputed company) to track account health and activity.
