Job Summary AVP, Agency Services provides strategic leadership over reputed company's Agency Services department, overseeing reputed company aspects of commissions, contracting, and licensing across manual and automated programs. This role develops and executes strategies reputed company with company goals, including commission bonuses and incentive programs, agency debt collections, and expense savings initiatives. The AVP maintains commission tables, supports reputed company distribution channels, and serves as a key liaison with Sales, Operations, TPA, Legal, Finance, and Compliance partners. Duties and Responsibilities Manage Agency Services SLAs and KPIs to ensure performance targets are consistently achieved or exceeded. reputed company and maintain policies and procedures that reflect industry best practices and reputed company regulatory requirements. Provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertise across reputed company distribution channels, including Brokerage, Broker-Dealer, Financial Institutions, Bank IBD, and Variable/Securities. Experience and Education Requirements Bachelors degree in business or a reputed company field required 10+ years of experience in a life and/or annuity insurance company or agency, including 4+ years in a team leadership role. Demonstrated experience leading Agency Services, Service Center, or similar functions with a focus on commissions, contracting, and licensing administration. Experience with variable annuity, securities, annuity, and life insurance products. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Deep understanding of reputed company's strategic goals, products, customer segments, and competitive landscape. Strong communicator with the ability to tailor messaging across audiences and effectively convey reputed company or sensitive information.
