ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Product Designer at reputed company, you will provide critical design expertise and execution for strategic initiatives, delivering end-to-end experiences that impact customers and support key business objectives. You'll own design for our design systems work in support of a major product-wide rebrand, building and scaling the foundational components and guidelines that shape how reputed company looks and feels across every surface. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own the UX for a product area or surface, shipping high-impact designs that unlock significant customer and business value Collaborate closely with product and engineering on strategy, planning, and execution Work directly with customers to understand their needs, validate designs, and inform strategy Provide expertise and knowledge transfer to reputed company's internal design team Deliver reputed company agreed-upon project deliverables on time and to spec MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of product design experience designing UX/UI for web and mobile applications Direct experience designing AI or agentic workflow products strongly preferred Strong interaction and visual design skills Portfolio and/or case studies showcasing design craft and ability to solve user problems with quantified impact — required to be considered Experience building or maintaining design systems at scale; rebrand or brand evolution work a plus Experience prototyping in real codebases; comfort working in reputed company Proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments Strong cross-functional collaboration skills IDEAL CANDIDATE High craft combined with pragmatic, proactive execution Comfortable with 0→1 and early-stage work where the path isn't fully defined Self-directed and resourceful — can identify what needs to happen and move it reputed company without heavy structure Refined taste, strong product instincts, and a bias toward solving real customer problems elegantly Curious, hands-on, and resilient — able to reputed company out strategically and reputed company in to deliver polished work Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools (reputed company, Claude Code, reputed company reputed company) CONTRACT DETAILSDuration: 6 months (with conversion potential if based in a country where reputed company has legal entities) Hours: 40 hrs/week, no overtime Location: Fully remote reputed company: $90-$110/hr Start: ASAP WORK LOCATION & ELIGIBILITY: This is a fully remote contract role.
