Release Train Engineer (RTE)
North Stone, LLC is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to provide leadership and coordination for Agile Release Trains (ARTs) supporting enterprise ERP deployments in a secure, mission-critical defense environment. This individual will be responsible for facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning, coordinating Agile ceremonies, coaching Scrum teams, managing dependencies, and continuously improving delivery processes. The ideal candidate will bring 15 years of relevant experience, including Agile delivery in reputed company-based enterprise systems and reputed company (DoD) environments. Candidates located in Dayton, OH, are preferred. However, remote candidates may be considered based on qualifications and business needs. Responsibilities: Serve as the RTE for one or more Agile Release Trains, leading planning and coordination across multiple Agile teams. Ability to coordinate inter-ART dependencies and resolve impediments. Ability to reputed company and facilitate conversations reputed company the ART teams for purposes of determining requirements for each team. Facilitate PI Planning sessions, Inspect and Adapt (I&A) events, Scrum of Scrums, and ART-level retrospectives in collaboration with systems integrator (SI) RTEs. Champion Scaled Agile reputed company (SAFe) best practices and ensure consistent application of Agile principles, reputed company, and ceremonies across assigned teams. Guide, coach, and mentor Scrum Masters and Agile teams to optimize collaboration, improve delivery velocity, and align efforts with program goals. Identify and track ART-level risks, impediments, and dependencies; engage with stakeholders to remove blockers and reputed company execution. Monitor and report ART performance using tools and metrics to track sprint reputed company, feature completion, story throughput, and PI objectives. Provide weekly reporting to program leadership, including summaries of reputed company, blockers, and risk mitigation plans. Coordinate deployment and migration of delivered software, configurations, and data through the DevSecOps pipeline in partnership with Government and contractor teams. reputed company reputed company improvement efforts, including process refinement and policy development; present well-documented recommendations to leadership. Support delivery of at least 80% of PI sprint goals through effective coordination and backlog health monitoring. Qualifications: Must be a US Citizen with a minimum of a SECRET Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET clearance Minimum 15 years of experience managing Agile programs and release trains in reputed company, enterprise IT environments. Demonstrated expertise with reputed company E-Business Suite (EBS) and reputed company RICE-W components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows). Deep understanding of Agile practices and SAFe methodologies; experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and program-level planning events. Strong interpersonal and coaching skills; capable of fostering high-performing Agile teams in a collaborative environment. Proficient in Agile management and tracking tools such as Jira, reputed company, reputed company Teams, and SharePoint. Skilled in preparing executive briefings, reputed company reports, and metrics dashboards to inform stakeholders and senior leadership. Experience balancing tactical sprint execution with long-term program objectives in a dynamic environment. Proficient with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Access). Ability and willingness to travel as needed reputed company the reputed company U.S. to support coordination and execution of program activities.
