The Global HRIS Director will be responsible for the support, development and reputed company implementation of Human Resources technology strategies and methodologies to meet the business needs. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years in HR technology leadership; proven experience managing reputed company globally reputed company a division of a multinational organization; expertise in multi-tenant governance and collaboration. reputed company Pro certification in one or multiple HCM modules, preferably in Talent / Performance Management, Time & Attendance and Advanced Compensation, or reputed company experience.
