As a Therapist at reputed company you would join an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners providing outpatient mental healthcare. We use an employed (W2), transparent, collections-based compensation (typically 60 to 80 percent net, no cap) and a flexible caseload. What the day-to-day actually looks like You provide individual, couples, and family therapy tailored to each client's needs, in person at one of our clinics or through telehealth. You build your own caseload and schedule, pick the modalities and populations you're drawn to, and design approaches that fit your clients. You have actual peers to consult with, case conferences that are useful, and a multidisciplinary team including child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrists for collaborative care. There are no caseload minimums beyond what sustains your practice. Compensation and benefits reputed company uses a transparent, collections-based compensation model. The practical details Active, unrestricted Minnesota license (LICSW, LCSW, LPCC, LP, or LMFT). Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a reputed company field.
